HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

We generally require a minimum of 3 working days for most orders (depending on our availability). If you require an urgent order please contact us.

CAN I ORDER CUSTOM CUPCAKES, MACARONS OR COOKIES?

We can custom decorate your order to suit any event or theme.

We hand make all of our creations locally, here in Perth and can custom design your cupcakes, cookies or macarons.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CUPCAKES, MACARONS AND COOKIES?

All of our goods are baked fresh daily so are best eaten on the day of purchasing.

CUPCAKES: It is important to keep your cupcakes at room temperature, out of direct sunlight if consuming the same day.

We advise in the summer months to refrigerate your cupcakes, but please bring them to room temperature before consuming.

MACARONS: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before consuming. Consume within 4 days.

COOKIES: Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 7 days. Individually packaged cookies will come with a use by date (4 weeks)

DO YOU BAKE FROM SCRATCH?

All of our goods are baked from scratch. We use only the freshest, finest ingredients such as free range eggs, real butter, fresh citrus zests, the highest quality cocoas and chocolate and all natural vanilla bean and essence.

DO ALL OF YOUR CUPCAKES CONTAIN TRACES OF DAIRY OR NUTS OR GLUTEN?

All of our cupcakes and cookies contain dairy and gluten.

(GF & VEGAN available upon request)

Our macarons are gluten free. (Except our Cookies & Cream flavour)

We bake with flour and nuts on the premises, all of our goods may contain traces of gluten, nuts and seeds.

We cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely nut free. If you have any allergies to these products, we advise avoiding them.

CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT COLOURED CUPCAKE CASES?

We bake our cupcakes white cupcake cases, but have silver, gold, white and black foil available on request, as well as a range of paper colours.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Sorry, unfortunately as we do not have a shop front & we can’t organize collection at this time.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver to most locations in Perth.

We also courier direct to your client for multiple or large deliveries - Locally and Australia wide.

Additionally, we offer delivery and set up for wedding orders to most Perth locations. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payment methods accepted are EFT, Visa, Mastercard & AMEX.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking & the balance is required 14 days prior to delivery.

We also offer 30 day accounts for Corporate clients.

CAN I SEND YOUR GOODS AS A GIFT?

We have various gift boxes available and can custom decorate your choice of cupcake, macaron or cookie flavours.

DO YOU SELL PETITCAKES GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, we sell Petitcakes gift vouchers in increments of $20, $50 and $100. These can be mailed to any Perth location, at no extra cost.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM MY ORDER?

We require a non refundable 50% deposit to confirm your order.

DO YOU HIRE OUT TOWERS TO DISPLAY MY CUPCAKES AND MACARONS ON?

Yes we do. A selection of stand are available for hire. A hire fee of $40 applies, a security deposit of $150 for cupcake stands and $300 for the macaron tower is also required. The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the stand, in original hire condition.

Clients should take special care to pack the stand securely to avoid damaging the stand. Please leave the cleaning of the stand to us, as this can cause damage.

Please note that you are responsible for returning the stand to us the following day. A late fee of $40 per day is payable for late returns.
